Hassle-Free Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be in brand-new, uninstalled, and resalable condition.
Returns must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all the hardware.
Non-Returnable Items
Any part that has been modified, installed, or used in a vehicle is non-returnable
Important
To ensure efficient processing of your return, please include the order number and all relevant details on the return shipping label. Inconsistent or incomplete information can delay our ability to accurately identify and process your order.
Return Labels
Return labels can be provided upon request, contingent upon your agreement to the return cost deduction as outlined in our return policy. Please contact us through our support page and make sure to include your order number to initiate this process.
Local Returns:
If you are returning the parts in person to our location, please note that we require 3 business days to process your refund.
Order Cancellations
Any order cancellations should be requested via email (info@upsw.com) and must be done before your order is stored in our shipment container. Our shipping containers begin loading by 11:30 AM on weekdays (not including holidays).
